FAQ: How to play

Tap Continue with Google. There is no password to remember, and your progress is saved to your account.

Pick a topic, open a quiz and read its rules, then tap Start. Each quiz has a timer, either a few seconds per question or a total time for the whole quiz. You can skip a question; unanswered questions score 0. When time runs out, the quiz submits on its own.

• Single correct: answer fast for more points, from 10 points down to a minimum of 5.
• Multiple correct: pick every right option for 10 points. Any wrong option gives 0 for that question.
• Negative marking: a wrong answer costs 2 points, a skip costs nothing.

Leaving counts as a strike, and your progress is saved. After 3 strikes the quiz is submitted automatically with the answers you have given.

You earn coins by playing. A hint removes 2 wrong options from a question. The first hint costs 5 coins and the cost doubles with every hint in the same quiz, then resets on your next attempt.

Leaderboard quizzes award trophies, and only your first attempt counts. You can replay for coins. The leaderboard has the all-time Hall of Trophies, Monthly Learners, players around your rank, your city (if you share it in profile settings) and people you follow. It updates every 30 minutes.

Paths string topics into a journey. Pass a topic to unlock the next one, and finish the whole path to earn its path badge.

Badges come from achievements, streaks, scores and social activity, from common to legendary. See yours under Profile, then Badges.

Yes. Bookmark a quiz from its instructions page, or a tricky question from your results. Find them later under Profile, in Saved Quizzes and Saved Questions.

After a quiz, tap Challenge Friend to get a link. Your friend signs in and tries to beat your score before the challenge expires.

Yes. Open Settings to switch between English and Hindi and between light and dark mode.

Open the question in your quiz results and tap Flag Question with a short note. For anything else, contact us.
